There will be shuttles available to help you to and from the Welcome Party. The pickup up location is 675 E. Durant Ave., Aspen, CO 81611, at the corner of Gondola Plaza and the entrance to the Little Nell Hotel. Shuttles to the Welcome Party will begin at 6:45 pm and end at 7:30 pm.

For those traveling by air, you have the option to fly into one of the three following airports:

8-minute drive to downtown Aspen / 12-minute drive to Snowmass Village

3-hour & 45-minute drive to Aspen and Snowmass Village

1-hour & 20-minute drive to Aspen and Snowmass Village

Car rental service options are available at all three airport options.

RFTA is the free bus service that runs between Aspen and Snowmass Village, stopping at all four mountains. It runs between the Village Mall and Snowmass Center every ten minutes between the hours of 7:10AM through 12:30AM.
